What a wonderful service today. After speaking to Morgan and getting quotes for replacement of 2 radiators wonderful George came out today and drained and removed the 2 old radiators and replaced/fitted with 2 brand new ones. All done quickly and so efficiently and he tided and hoovered any bits up afterwards. Someone also came out to dispose of the old radiators within the hour. Really can't ask for more! Will def recommend and also going to save up and get a quote for another 2 radiators soon hopefully. So happy, thank you!! A wonderful team! 😊

The Barnes team came round and took out an old boiler and all the pipework and replaced with new and all its allied equipment. Their work was beyond fault - the pipework is immaculate - precise and almost artistic. I would recommend Barnes to anyone - clean efficient reliable and thoroughly professional. 10/10

I am very pleased with the service I received from Barnes Heating Services when they replaced my old boiler. They came out when they said they would, the engineer was polite and explained exactly what he needed to do. They even fixed a leak under my sink and I would highly recommend Barnes Heating Services.

Barnes Heating Services were outstanding during our kitchen refit in Torquay. Pipes and drains under floors and behind walls had to be replaced, new radiators were installed. By any standards this was a large domestic job and I am completely satisfied with everything. They are local, friendly and experts.
The quote was under budget and great value. The team from Barnes Heating services communicated with other trades so that everyone had time and space to work.
I am giving five stars but only because it is impossible to give more. Outstanding job.

We were so impressed with Jack, Becky, and all the engineers at Barnes Heating Services Ltd. Nothing was too much trouble. My mother is elderly and her boiler broke down leaving her with no heating and hot water. Jack sent an engineer around the same day and sadly we needed a new boiler. Even though they were fully booked up for the next month Jack managed to move things around in order to accommodate us and the new boiler was fitted and up and running within a couple of days. Dan the engineer was exceptionally professional, friendly and tidy along with his charming apprentice and my mother was very reassured and impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Barnes Heating Ltd to anyone and everyone.We were very blessed to find such a wonderful local company and will definitely be using them again.

We recently used this company to replace our 1970s back boiler. From start to finish, they were professional and helpful, and did a great job.
Becky was lovely to deal with and every engineer that we have met has been brilliant.
We were given a range of quotes, for various boiler replacements/ heating options. Jack was very honest and advised that we would not need the most expensive option, and explained the differences between gas and electric heating so that we could make a decision.
We were given our quotes and then left to decide with no pressure at all, and once we were ready proceeded with the work.
We chose to replace the ancient boiler with an immersion heater and remove all outdated gas heaters, in preparation for installing electric panel heaters in the near future.
There were one or two obstacles once the job began but everything was done to a very high standard and left cleans tidy. All rubbish was taken away and the carpets were protected.
Will be using this company again, would highly recommend!

I contacted Barnes back in December about replacing my aging Worcester boiler and was immediately impressed with their responsiveness: Becky called the next day (on New Year's Eve no less) to pick a date for an inspection and quotation. I was given sound advice and they were not childish in recommending a slightly less expensive brand, Baxi.
That boiler was installed last week over the course of two days and both George and Jack did excellent work, keeping us in the loop during the installation if there was anything they needed or had questions about, discussing options, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day, taking away the old boiler, removing superfluous parts of the previous installation, and securing some pipes. Two of their colleagues even came back the next day to secure the flue in the loft space as they didn't have the correct bracket with them on the day (something not strictly necessary but required by building regulations), showing a clear care for the quality of the job they deliver. I have placed this boiler in maintenance with them and look forward to calling on them again when the need arises. Thoroughly recommend them.

Jack was very professional when he came out and provided us with quotes very quickly. Extremely competitive on his prices too. The guys showed up on the day agreed, nice and early were very respectful and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great all round job very pleased with the service. We will be using them to do our annual service. Highly recommended for any boiler work. Thanks guys.

I have used this plumber company a few times now, and on all occasions I have had exemplary service. One of my experiences with them was when I had an expected gas leak. They came out out hastily with an emergency slot that I believe they keep open for cases like this. The plumber, who was very professional and polite, identified the problem within minutes of arriving, it was a leaking rubber flu cap that had just unseated itself and it was exhaust fumes that I could smell (which can smell similar to had). He still check with some specialised equipment and as there was a minimum emergency call out booking (as with most companies) he include a service on the boiler to make up for the call out that was sorted so promptly. I Highly, highly recommend these plumbers!

I recently had Jack fit a brand new LPG boiler for me. At the time I had a tired oil boiler. Jack was brilliant and a very genuine plumber. The workmanship was fantastic. I'm in the building trade myself and was extremely happy with Jack's work. I would highly recommend using Barnes heating. They deal with oil and gas boilers.

It was great to meet Jack and Charlie today. As well as responding quickly to our request to service our oil boiler and doing a neat and tidy job they also gave us some really helpful advice and guidance on how to get the best efficiency from our system.
