Barnes Warwick Heating Services Ltd carried out a full bathroom installation at a beautiful barn converted property in Ipplepen, Totnes.

The property we worked in was situated in an idyllic setting and had a very rustic feel to it. The bathroom was to be installed in their annexe which they planned to rent out. The client wanted the bathroom to be accessible for all people including those with limited mobility and for the design to be in keeping with the cottage style and feel of the rest property. We worked with the client to design their new bathroom that suited all of their needs.

The team carried out all aspects of the installation including; ripping out the old bathroom materials, first fixing plumbing to new bathroom materials, restructuring the walls, plaster boarding, plastering, re-tiling and installing new toilet, towel rail, basin and shower (including a folding seat).

Not many plumbing companies can do all of this themselves and will require other skilled tradesmen to come in to plaster and tile the walls. At Barnes Warwick Heating Services Ltd we do all of this ourselves, that way our customers can trust the job will be carried out to a high standard.

The client opted for Roper Rhodes bathroom furniture, taps, and toilet which was a perfect choice! We source our materials from trusted suppliers such as RGB, Interline and Topps Tiles which have excellent reviews and provide our customers with a wide range of styles for their dream bathroom.

The customer was very happy with the end result and hopefully we will be back soon to install the other bathrooms in their property.
